We hope you will make plans to join us at the 50th Annual GUAA Conference being held May 17 - 20, 2026 at The DeSoto, Savannah, GA. Registration is now open for the 2026 Conference. The Early Bird Registration is $1,045.00 and runs from today through Febraury 8, 2026. In order to receive the reduced member rate for the 2026 GUAA conference, make sure you have renewed your membership, refresh the screen and login to the member portal using your member ID and password before registering for the conference.
Directions to Register for the 2026 Conference
- Renew your $50 annual membership to receive the member rate. After renewing your membership, refresh your screen so it recognizes you as a member.
- Once you are logged in as a GUAA member in the middle of the GUAA homepage under GUAA Events you can select the Click Here to Register for the 2026 Conference.
- Or, once you are logged in as a GUAA member on the GUAA home page, in the navigation menu select Conference, then select 2026 Conference Registration, you will then be able to register for the 2026 conference.
Hotel reservations will be accepted until Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 12:00 am EST based on availability. The conference is at The DeSoto, Savannah, GA. You may Click Here to book accommodations online at The DeSoto, or, you can make your reservation now by calling 866-810-5325 and mention you are with Group Underwriters Association of America (GUAA) to receive the group rate of $225.00 plus tax.
