2024 GUAA Conference Sponsorship and Exhibit Opportunities

When you choose your sponsorship(s), you will be placed in the appropriate sponsorship level based on total amount spent. You may choose your desired event(s) under the Registration Button.

Levels of Sponsorship:
Platinum: $3000
- Full Page Ad in Conference Program (7.5" wide x 9.75" high)
Gold: $2000
- Half Page Ad in Conference Program (7.5" wide x 4.75" high)
Silver: $1000
- Quarter Page Ad in Conference Program (3.75" wide x 4.5" high)
Break Sponsor: $500

Exhibitor: $3000
• Full Page Ad in Conference Program (7.5" wide x 9.75" high)

• Exhibit space: 6’ table with chair(s), pipe and drape, power (if needed)
• Company attendee Exhibitor name badge ribbon
• Post-conference attendee list.
• Announce Exhibitor Drawing at luncheon (if exhibitor wishes to provide a prize drawing).

To ensure inclusion in the conference program, please submit the following as soon as possible and no later than April 12th, 2024.
1. a high resolution jpeg or PDF of your ad.
2. a high resolution jpeg of your company logo.
Promotional Items:
Sponsor and exhibitors are welcome to provide promotional items which will be displayed at the registration table or included with attendee registration materials. Please contact Jeff Beard at 205-427-2638 regarding the logistics for any promotional items.
The Monday night event in Nashville, TN will be at The Westin, Nashville, TN on the rooftop bar.
Hotel reservations:
Hotel Reservations will be accepted through April 26, 2024 at 5:00 pm CST based on availability. Make your reservations at the Westin now by calling 1-800-937-8461 and mention you are with Group Underwriters Association of America (GUAA) to receive the group rate beginning at $289.00 or Click Here to book accommodations online.
Guest Hotel Deposits: Guest room reservations canceled within 7-days prior to your scheduled arrival will b e charged a cancellation fee equal to the guest room rate for the entire length of the reservation plus taxes.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee equal to the balance of the stay plus applicable taxes will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date or does not arrive to check-in . The hotel will deduct any such fees that are collected from any amount you may owe as sleeping room attrition.
