We hope you will make plans to join us at the 47th Annual GUAA Conference being held May 21 - 24, 2023 at the JW Marriott, New Orleans, LA. Registration is now open for the 2023 Conference. The Early Bird Registration is $950.00 and runs from today through Febraury 10, 2023. In order to receive the reduced member rate for the 2023 GUAA conference, make sure you have renewed your membership, refresh the screen and login to the member portal using your member ID and password before registering for the conference.
Directions to Register for the 2023 Conference
- Renew your $50 annual membership to receive the member rate. After renewing your membership, refresh your screen so it recognizes you as a member.
- Sign in using your username and password provided at the bottom of this page.
- On the home page in the navigation menu select Conference, then select 2023 Conference, you will then be able to register for the 2023 conference

Hotel reservations will be accepted until Friday, April 28, 2023 at 5:00 pm CST based on availability. The conference is at the JW Marriott. You may Click Here to book accommodations online at the JW Marriott. Or, you can make your reservations now by calling 1-800-771-9067 and mention you are with Group Underwriters Association of America (GUAA) to receive the group rate beginning at $229.00 plus tax and city occupancy fee plus 1.75% for New Orleans Convention & Visitors' Bureau assessment. The group rate for the JW Marriott is available to GUAA attendees from 5/19/2023 - 5/25/2023 and includes property wide internet access, access to the pool and fitness center. The JW Marriott offers parking at $20.00 per day (with in and out same day).
