We hope you will make plans to join us at the 46th Annual GUAA Conference being held May 23 - 25, 2022 at the Hotel Viking, Newport, Rhode Island. Registration is now open for the 2022 Conference. The Early Bird Registration is $950.00 and runs from today through Febraury 11, 2022. In order to receive the reduced member rate for the 2022 GUAA conference, make sure you have renewed your membership, refresh the screen and login to the member portal using your member ID and password before registering for the conference.
Directions to Register for the 2022 Conference
- Renew your $50 annual membership to receive the member rate. After renewing your membership, refresh your screen so it recognizes you as a member.
- Sign in using your username and password provided at the bottom of this page.
- On the home page in the navigation menu select Conference, then select 2022 Conference, you will then be able to register for the 2022 conference

- On the right hand size of the GUAA you can select the Details & Registration button.
Hotel reservations will be accepted until Wednesday, April 28, 2022 at 5:00 pm EST based on availability. The conference is at the Hotel Viking. You may Click Here to book accommodations online at the Hotel Viking. Or, you can make your reservations now by calling 1-800-556-7126 and mention you are with Group Underwriters Association of America (GUAA) to receive the group rate beginning at $229.00 plus tax and resort fee. The group rate for the Hotel Viking is available to GUAA attendees from 5/21/2022 - 5/25/2022 and includes property wide internet access, access to the pool and fitness center, compliementary coffee in the lounge and bike rentals.
