2020 GUAA Conference Sponsorship and Exhibit Opportunities

When you choose your sponsorship(s), you will be placed in the appropriate sponsorship level based on total amount spent. You may choose your desired event(s) under the Registration Button.
2020 Sponsorship Levels
Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorships include:
•Pre-conference GUAA website acknowledgement
•Advertising space within the conference program
•Post-conference GUAA website acknowledgement
•Signage with company’s logo and name
•Company attendee sponsorship level name badge ribbon
Levels of Sponsorship:
Platinum: $3000
- Full Page Ad in Conference Program (7.5" wide x 9.75" high)
Gold: $2000
- Half Page Ad in Conference Program (7.5" wide x 4.75" high)
Silver: $1000
- Quarter Page Ad in Conference Program (3.75" wide x 4.5" high)
Event Sponsor
- Event Sponsors are any sponsorship under the $1000 level. Event sponsors receive their logo in the conference program, recognition at the sponsored event and post-conference GUAA website acknowledgement.
Exhibitor: $3000
- Full Page Ad in Conference Program (7.5" wide x 9.75" high)
- Pre-conference GUAA website acknowledgement
- Post-conference GUAA website acknowledgement
- Signage in Registration/Exhibit area (easel)
- Exhibit space: 6’ table with chair(s)
- Announce Exhibitor Drawing at luncheon (if exhibitor wishes to provide a prize drawing).
Promotional Items:
Sponsor and exhibitors are welcome to provide promotional items which will be displayed at the registration table or included with attendee registration materials. Please contact Jeff Beard at 205-427-2638 regarding the logistics for any promotional items.
The Monday/Tuesday night event in Las Vegas will be announced later.

Hotel reservations will be accepted until April 15, 2020 based on availability. The conference is at the Park MGM Hotel and you may Click Here to book accommodations online at the Park MGM or Nomad Hotel (which are connected). Or, you can make your reservations now by calling 1-888-529-4828 and mention you are with Group Underwriters Association of America (GUAA) to receive the group rate starting at $155.00 plus a daily resort fee of $32.00 plus tax. The group rate is available to GUAA members from 5/12/20 - 5/24/2020 and includes property wide internet access.
