Editor's Comments

I am including a picture in this issue's editor's comments. It's a picture of Bill Wade receiving an award from past GUAA President Don Russell. This award, given during the business session in Washington D.C., was in recognition of Bills many years of service to our Association. Bill has always worked hard for GUAA and is very deserving of this award. Bill, just wanted to give you another thanks for a job well done.

We had another great conference in Washington D.C. The committee's sessions were as hot as the weather outside. As always the Committees did a great job of putting together a top-notch program for our meeting attendees. Take a look at the articles produced in this issue. The Committee articles summarize the sessions they hosted.

I also want to take this opportunity to apologize for two mistakes I made in the last issue. As editor the responsibility rests on me to insure all aspects are correct. That issue went to print with the incorrect annotation as the Spring 2001 issue. Also, when introducing Kim Reese in my editors comments referred to her as "he". My apologies to all for these errors.
